Benefits of Private Sessions

Before the session begins, I have an in depth consultation with you to fully understand your needs and goals.

Each lesson is entirely designed based on our consultation.

During and after the session, I am available for any questions you may have. My experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist will further assist you in learning some new self-care techniques and developing a self-care regime.

I provide hands on contact during the session, guiding the body to correct alignment and heightening awareness during each pose (asana).

How to Prepare for a Session

For your first session, please have a yoga mat and enough space in your apartment or home to practice in. After our first session, if blocks or additional tools are needed for your practice, I will be more than happy to provide some local resources.
