Classes

Currently, I teach in two Yoga studios in Brooklyn.  Below is a listing of times and locations:

  • Monday night at 8:45pm – all levels class at Mala Yoga.
  • Thursday night at 6:45pm – all levels class at Prema Yoga.
  • Saturday afternoon at 2pm – all levels class at Mala Yoga.
  • I often teach community classes at Laughing Lotus in Manhattan.  Please check my blog page or follow me on Twitter to get the latest updates.

Private Sessions

In addition to teaching at yoga studios, I teach one on one private sessions.  Prices are listed below:

75 minute session:  $75

Purchase a package of five for $375 and get a sixth session for free!

If you are interested in taking a class with a partner, friend, small group or your business, please contact me for rates.

Benefits of Private Instruction

  • Before the session begins, I have an in depth consultation with you to fully understand your needs and goals.
  • Each lesson is entirely designed based on our consultation.
  • During and after the session, I am available for any questions you may have.  My experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist will further assist you in learning some new self care techniques and developing a self care regime.
  • I provide hands on contact during the session, guiding the body to correct alignment and heightening awareness during each pose (asana).
  • With one on one sessions, students often feel they progress more rapidly because there is “no place to hide” in the back of the class.

How to Prepare for a Private Yoga Session

For your first session, please have a yoga mat and enough space in your apartment or home for a twin size bed to fit.  After our first session, if blocks or additional tools are needed for your practice, I will be more than happy to provide some local resources.
